Notwithstanding the discount from Telfer Inc, which was helpful indeed.
I have now comfortably and seamlessly moved into the beautiful property. All pertinent issues seem to be in order, including the leak in the bathroom. Gerrie is coming to finally inspect and paint. Also, Telfer paid me the March electricity bill and now I'm just awaiting the April electricity bill which they have committed to settling upon receipt.
