It is a very good way to get a feel for the current property market.
There are a number of developments and also doubles. It still adds up to incredible numbers to be a buyer in today’s times.
We heard a reliable rumour that a property in Illovo asking R22m sold for R12m from a reliable source. I chose Property 24 as they pretty much have 99% of all stock available.
Sellers need to be aware of the competition and it’s our responsibility as agents to report and make sure they are competitive in their pricing.
