To sell or not to sell?
Last year we experienced a very tough market for sellers due to the tough economic and political times. People asked whether to sell or not and when we said sell now! “with the devil, you know”, the ones who listened prospered and those who were reluctant paid the price and are now suffering from the consequences of a falling market and will get less.
So, in the short term (less than 5 years) and without further ado our theory still applies. Make hay while the sun shines and sell in the market you know or risk a volatile market and accept or gamble on the consequences that follow.
