As discussed yesterday, I just wanted to thank you and Evelyn for all the help in selling my properties. It has been a very easy process. As I mentioned to you, I do not understand this industry at all, so the guidance and support I have had from you and the team, has been greatly appreciated.
In terms of dealing with Evelyn, I must tell you she has been absolutely fantastic, and I really mean that! I ran the numbers yesterday, and it amazes me to see someone who is so honest and acts in her clients best interest - even when it does not benefit her directly. In this day and age, it is extremely rare to see this. She got a counter offer for flat 219 for an increase of R50 000. It is an additional R45 000 in my pocket, which is significant. In bringing me the second offer, she knew that if I accepted it, she would have to deal with an irate and aggressive youngster - the initial offer. I would never have known if she chose not to tell me about the second offer. Needless to say, she brought both offers, and has subsequently dealt with the fallout from the initial offer. The young man shouted, screamed and swore at her, yet she was adamant that she was going to act in the best interest of her client.
Over this short period of time in dealing with you and your team, I have quickly learned to trust ChernoDavis, and as a result, will definitely be looking for advice / guidance going forward in terms of where to invest my money in future. In addition, I will be recommending your company to mates who are looking to buy / sell property.
