We are expanding and are thrilled to announce that Andre Potgieter has joined us. We started working together in the mid 1990’s and were very successful together being dominant agents in our areas. We are a boutique agency striving for a better service than ever before. As a smaller agency, we are able to be flexible and make decisions ourselves, quickly and without much fuss.

A Letter from Andre Potgieter:
For many of you, I haven’t spoken you about this change personally, so I hope you will understand that it is not from a lack of wanting to chat, but rather from a time perspective.
The purpose of this mail is really to let you know that I have made an exciting business move and joined forces with an old business partner of mine, Brian Chernotsky, under the banner of Cherno Davis Properties.
We were both in ownership of our own agencies and in 2008, I broke away and went into sales at a leading agency, becoming a top 20 out of the 2000 odd agents nationally. In 2010, Brain also broke away and formed Cherno Davis Properties. The company has a solid reputation and we are hungry and ready for growth & challenges.
I will be based at The Business Centre Fourways (Next to Design Quarter) handling all Bryanston properties and any property North of the Highway. Brian will be based at his current office on Rivonia Road, Morningside, handling all other regions.
The great thing here is that we are NOT area bound, and can offer our services wherever you may need to sell, purchase or rent.
We are also offering a service where we can source the correct agent / agency to handle your needs wherever and whatever they may be, both locally or nationally.
We would source the best, active & successful agent to handle your needs on your behalf, getting them onto you to look after you the way that you deserve.
